Bad Company - Shooting Star - Live at Wembley

Written by Paul Rodgers "Shooting Star" appears as track number 6 on the Straight Shooter album by Bad Company. Mick Ralphs and Simon Kirke stated on In the Studio (which devoted an episode to Straight Shooter) that the track "Shooting Star" (written by lead singer, Paul Rodgers) was lyrically inspired by the drug and alcohol-related deaths of Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and Jim Morrison.
